This is a great opportunity for local healthcare students and professionals to attend conference sessions and receive free registration by volunteering a minimum of 12 hours during the conference. Typical shifts will be 3 hours long between 6:30am to 6:30pm.
Roles include:
- Registration Desk – assist attendees with printing their name badges and provide information
- Information Desk – provide general guidance to attendees by answering questions, offering directions
- Session Room Monitors & Scanners – track attendance, support chair and speaker(s), assist with Q&A
Please note that priority will be given to those living/going to school in British Columbia since they are the host area. We are not able to provide accommodations or travel for volunteers.
